Each drawer panel is formed by 1.5mm thick steel plate with upward folded edge anti-slip structure, paired with 6403 heavy-duty roller bearings to realize low-resistance smooth push-pull even under full mold load. Every drawer is equipped with dual safety devices: positioning lock pin and over-pull anti-fall stopper to avoid accidental sliding during lifting operation.
Vertical layered height can be freely adjusted via dense preset mounting holes, allowing separate storage of molds with different heights and dimensions. The rack surface adopts matte anti-oil electrostatic powder coating, resisting cutting fluid, lubricating oil and workshop dust accumulation for long-term use. Multiple single units can be spliced side by side to expand storage capacity as production mold inventory grows.
